LA CIRE PERDUE
La più antica e prestigiosa forma di fusione del bronzo. Oggi come
oltre mille anni fa, il modello in cera viene ricoperto da materiale
refrattario e fatto sciogliere in fornace, così da lasciare un vuoto
che il bronzo fuso andrà a riempire. L’involucro, detto muffola,
verrà poi delicatamente rotto per recuperare il pezzo fuso. Un
processo lungo ed artigianale, per realizzare pezzi unici destinati
a durare oltre il tempo.
Lost wax is the oldest and most prestigious form of bronze casting.
Today, as over a thousand years ago, the wax model is covered
in fireproof materials and melted in a furnace, in order to leave an
empty space that the cast bronze will successively fill. The cover,
called a muffle, is then delicately broken in order to recover the
cast piece. This special artisan process produces unique, long-
lasting pieces.
C’est la méthode de fusion du bronze la plus ancienne et la plus
prestigieuse. Aujourd’hui, comme depuis un millier d’années, le
modèle à la cire est recouvert d’un matériau réfractaire et fondu
dans la fournaise afin de laisser un vide qui sera rempli par le
bronze en fusion. L’enveloppe est ensuite délicatement cassée
afin de récupérer l’article ainsi fondu. C’est un procédé long et
artisanal qui permet de réaliser des pièces uniques destinées à
durer dans le temps.

CUBE EN MARBRE FINITION
La finitura Cubic marmorizzata si ottiene attraverso bagno ad
immersione. Il pezzo in bronzo viene ricoperto da una speciale
vernice a 200 gradi che farà da supporto alla fase successiva
di cubicatura. Attraverso l’immersione del pezzo in una speciale
vasca contenente il prodotto marmorizzante, si ottiene una per-
fetta adesione alla superficie del materiale immerso. Si possono
ottenere diverse colorazioni o tipi di marmo, a scelta tra Botticino,
Verde Alpi e Bianco Carrara.
Cubic marbled finish is produced by dipping. Bronze pieces are
covered in a special paint at 200 degrees which will act as a
support for the following cubing stage. The piece is dipped into
a special tank containing the marbling product to ensure perfect
adhesion to the surface of the dipped material. Different colours
or types of marble can be produced, and clients can choose from
Botticino, Verde Alpi or Bianco Carrara.
La finition Cubic marbrée s’obtient par immersion. L’article en
bronze sera recouvert d’un vernis spécial à 200 degré qui servira
de base à phase de marbrure. Au travers de l’immersion du
produit, dans des bacs spéciaux, on obtient une adhésion parfaite
sur la surface du produit immergé. De cette façon, on peut obtenir
différentes colorations marbrées, comme le Vert des Alpes, Blanc
de Carrare ou New Botticino.
FUSIONE A TERRA

| LA FUSION A LA TERRE
Esigenze produttive e qualitative si incontrano nella fusione a
terra. In questo processo il bronzo viene colato per forza gravi-
tazionale in una forma realizzata in sabbia refrattaria che, dopo
la solidificazione, viene rotta per recuperare la fusione. I pezzi così
ottenuti sono in un unico blocco di fusione, l’assenza di saldature
conferisce ad ogni pezzo maggior prestigio e valore.
A demand for both production and quality are combined in SAND
casting. During this process, bronze is cast via gravitational force
into a shape produced in fireproof sand which, after solidification,
is broken to recover the cast piece. Items are thus produced in a
single cast block, the fact that there is no welding makes each
piece more prestigious and valuable.
C’est un procédé qui permet de concilier les exigences de la pro-
duction et la qualité. Avec ce procédé, le bronze est coulé dans
un moule réalisé en sable réfractaire, qui après solidification, sera
rompu afin de récupérer la fusion. Les pièces ainsi obtenus sont
en un seul bloc de fusion. L’absence de soudure confère à chaque
article un certain prestige et une certaine valeur.
