FINITURA CUBIC MARMORIZZATA
La finitura Cubic marmorizzata si ottiene
attraverso bagno ad immersione.
Il pezzo in bronzo viene ricoperto da una speciale
vernice a 200 gradi che farà da supporto alla fase
successiva di cubicatura. Attraverso l’immersione
del pezzo in una speciale vasca contenente il
prodotto marmorizzante, si ottiene una perfetta
adesione alla superficie del materiale immerso.
Si possono ottenere diverse colorazioni o tipi
di marmo, a scelta tra Botticino, Verde Alpi e
Bianco Carrara.
Tale lavorazione, detta cubicatura, è utilizzata
dalla ditta Biondan sin dai primi anni ‘90, con
ottimi risultati e soddisfazione della clientela.
Si tratta di un brevetto giapponese - nato per
il settore automobilistico e poi ampiamente diffuso
in vari settori - sul quale la ditta Biondan gode di
un’esclusiva per il settore funerario.
Su tale prodotto, data l’altissima affidabilità e
durata del trattamento, è stata applicata una
garanzia di 8 anni sulla corrosione.
CUBIC MARBLED FINISH
Cubic marbled finish is produced by dipping.
Bronze pieces are covered in a special paint at
200 degrees which will act as a support for the
following cubing stage. The piece is dipped into
a special tank containing the marbling product
to ensure perfect adhesion to the surface of the
dipped material. Different colours or types of
marble can be produced, and clients can choose
from Botticino, Verde Alpi or Bianco Carrara.
Said processing technique is called cubing, and
has been used by Biondan since the early 90s, with
excellent results and client satisfaction.
It carries a Japanese patent, initially developed
for the automobile sector but then extended to
many others. Biondan enjoys the exclusive right to
use the technique for the funerary sector.
An 8 year warranty against corrosion is applied to
this product, given the reliability and long-lasting
features of the treatment.
